Support Policy |
1. Before phoning to say the Internet is down please
check some common user problems first. Many times your
Virus or Spam protection has been updated and it has changed
your Internet settings. Try and disable those programs
and see if you can then obtain email and browse the Internet.
If you can browse or obtain email it indicates that our
Wireless Internet is functioning and you might have a
problem with your system.
2. If the problem seems to be caused by our system, then
please phone 566-4199 and ask for Tech Support. We monitor
our tower sites but not individual users, so we would
at that time login to the appropriate tower and verify
that your Wireless Router was functioning. In the event
of a Router failure we will schedule a Technician to come
and replace the unit within 3 days, depending on your
location and our workload.
3. The Internet Service is quite complex and we cannot
provide a lot of troubleshooting in this space, so it
is best to seek help. If your problem is related to a
virus or other system malfunction on your computer we
will provide you the name of a company who can help you
repair your system.
